SUNBRELLA is a strong, durable and waterproof fabric  that is used in all outdoor designs . it is tightly woven and designed to repel stains and discoloration, making it a perfect fabric choice for upholstery that will constantly be used outdoor furniture.

Quick Dry Foam


ZOYI  choose  the Quick Dry Foam is reticulated polyurethane foam with extra open cells which permits maximum water drainage and air circulation. 
Open cell foam also have the added benefit of an antimicrobial treatment to help prevent the buildup of bacteria which can cause nasty odour . Reticulated filter foam is ideal for use in outdoor furniture and  A rapid drainage system is an ordinary sponge that cannot be compared .

Payment term

1. 30% down payment before production and balance before shipment. 
2. We can offer different pricing of FOB, CIF and C&F. 

Delivery time

25 to 35 days after confirm all details and pay for deposit 

Packaging

1. Packing Materials: Bubble wrap, stretch wrap, corrugated paper. carton 
2. The blank space can be filled with hardboard to protect it in transportation . 
3. Your packing requirements also welcomed.

FAQ

Q1,What's your payment term?

A: T/T: 30% deposit in advance to confirm order and 70% balance at 
presentation of B/L copy or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q2,What's your Delivery Time?
A:Generally, 25-40days after confirm all details and received your deposit.
But We (Zoyi) also do many project, it have many design with flexible QTY, 
then we (Zoyi) should be according to your quantity and design to check the 
delivery time.
 
Q3: What is the whole process for doing business with us ?

    1) Please send us the photo of the product you need and we will send you the quotation

        according to your requirements.

    2) If price is acceptable and you need sample, we provide Proforma Invoice to you to arrange

       payment for sample.
    3) If you approve sample and require for bulk production for order, we will provide Proforma

       Invoice and arrange mass production as soon as receiving 30% deposit.
    4) We will send you photos when items are finished &arrange delivery after receiving 70% balance.

Q4: What's our service ?

    1). OEM is available. If you have the item photos or drawings, please send it to us.

    2). Sample order is offered. Normally it takes 15-20 days for a sample.

    3). Size and colors can be customized per your request.

    4). Logo or company name can be printed on the products per your request.

    5). Photos will be sent to you before delivery.

    6). Warranty is 2-3 year. Our products can be used outdoor for more than 5 years.
